Sales Support Associate

THE OPPORTUNITY

Ready to drive results and elevate your sales career? As an Associate Specialist - Sales, you will be the operational backbone of our high-performing sales organization, coordinating revenue-generating strategies, technical resources, and cross-functional teams to accelerate business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales Execution: Coordinate selling opportunities with Outside Sales Reps, deploy Field Technical Specialists (Lighting, Gear, Automation, MRO), and schedule client calls.
• CRM & Follow-Ups: Drive post-visit communications, maintain real-time CRM updates, and track progress against strategic goals.
• Operational Alignment: Collaborate with Inside Sales, suppliers, Centers of Excellence (COE), and Marketing to execute projects smoothly.
• Sales Support: Provide accurate pricing support, deliver data reporting, and perform essential sales administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, project management, business development, or operations.
• Solid understanding of sales processes, vertical market conditions, and inventory management.
