Sales Support Associate (Contract)

Job Overview

We are looking for students, fresh graduates, and individuals looking for flexible work to join us as a Sales Support Associate. You will promote a premium Swedish industrial air nozzle brand, and introduce solutions that help manufacturers improve workplace safety, reduce noise, and save compressed air energy.

No engineering or sales background is required. Fret not! We provide full training, guidance, and support to help you get started before meeting customers independently.

Your main job is to meet customers, understand their needs, demonstrate our products, and help them find the right solution. Our internal team will arrange customer appointments, so you can focus on meeting customers and promoting products.

Key Responsibilities

● Attend customer appointments arranged by our internal team.

● Visit factories and manufacturing companies.

● Introduce and demonstrate the air nozzle products.

● Talk to customers and understand their needs.

● Explain product benefits in a simple but professional way.

● Forward customer quotation requests to the internal team for preparation and processing.

● Maintain simple customer visits and site visit reports.

Job Requirements

● Candidates from any field of study looking to gain sales experience.

● Good communication skills and enjoy meeting people.

● Responsible individual with a positive attitude.

● Willingness to learn and comfortable doing presentations.

● Possess own transport to travel to customer sites.

● Individuals looking for a flexible 2 to 3-days-per-week contract role.
