About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Support to assist the Area Sales Manager and National Sales Manager in promoting the company’s product portfolio, managing customer accounts, and keeping sales operations running smoothly. In this onsite and fieldwork role, you will also handle collections, coordinate client concerns, prepare bid documents, and perform administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Area Sales Manager and National Sales Manager
• Promote the company’s product portfolio and manage assigned accounts
• Handle account concerns and coordinate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure timely collection and monitor Accounts Receivable
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key customers
• Prepare remittances, approvals, expense reports, itineraries, and bookings
• Assist with deliveries and pick-up of purchase orders, contracts, and other related documents
• Assist in bid preparations and other special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year Business-related or Medical-related course
• Proven sales experience, preferably in diagnostic products such as reagents, consumables, and equipment
• Experience in preparing bid documentation, particularly for government transactions, is an advantage
• Driven, confident, outgoing, organized, relationship-oriented, and results-focused
• Well-mannered with a strong willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Willing to travel nationwide and adapt to changing business requirements
• Willing to commit to a 3-year employment bond after the probationary period
