Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English
• Experienced in customer-facing
• Good communication & synthetic skills
• Tech-savvy & strong interest for the latest technologies in the Chinese digital landscape
• Familiar with Email, Google Drive, Docs & Sheets
• Familiar GitHub, LinkedIn & Trello
• Confident, humble and creative thinking
• Open-minded, willing to learn

Key Responsibilities

• Improving sales materials
• Managing the CRM system: collect, update & record leads in the CRM system
• Improving sales pipeline
• Connecting with people networking events
• Creating presentations & strategic content to convert critical leads
• Communicating risks, technical issues & alternative solutions
• Analyzing sales performances
• Coordinating sales people & actions
