Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales, market share, and distribution growth
- Ensure effective retail execution, visibility, and trade engagement
- Manage inventory and receivables within defined norms
- Lead and develop high-performing sales teams
- Execute GTM strategies for new and existing products
- Monitor pricing, competition, and market trends
- Collaborate with distributors to drive secondary sales
- Track performance and optimize promotion ROI and market impact
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analytics, Sales Reporting, Forecasting, and Cross-functional Reporting.
