Sales Support

About the role

A newly established asset management company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support to join the team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the External Asset Management (EAM) and wealth management business. You will work closely with relationship managers, private banks, and brokerages, assisting in product support (particularly structured products), pitchbook preparation, and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales and operational support to the EAM and wealth management team.
• Support product coordination and trade execution processes for structured products in collaboration with private banks, brokerages, and custodians.
• Create and refine high-quality client presentations, pitchbooks, market updates, and marketing materials using MS PowerPoint.
• Perform data handling, portfolio tracking, and financial modeling using advanced MS Excel features.
• Actively utilize AI tools to streamline research, draft pitch materials, and optimize daily operations.
• Liaise with internal teams and external counterparties (PBs, brokers, legal/compliance) to facilitate smooth communication and timely execution of sales tasks.

About you

• Degree or Diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of the External Asset Management (EAM) business model and Structured Products.
• Prior working experience in Private Banking (PB), Securities / Brokerage firms, or an EAM platform is highly preferred.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel (data analysis, formulas) and MS PowerPoint (deck design and visual presentation).
• Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience in using AI tools to enhance daily work efficiency.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
