We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support professional to join our dynamic sales team in Sampaloc, Manila City. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless communication between our customers and internal teams. As Sales Support, you will be the backbone of our sales department, managing administrative tasks, coordinating orders, and providing exceptional support to both our sales team and customers. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellence in the motorcycle parts industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and provide product recommendations
• Support online order processing when needed
• Maintaining detailed records of sales transactions, invoice, customer information, and inventory levels
• Maintain store displays and ensure excellent customer service
• Preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documentation for customers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinating with relative teams to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of customer databases and CRM systems
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, meeting arrangements, and data entry
• Tracking sales metrics and generating reports to monitor departmental performance
• Liaising between customers, sales representatives, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assisting with promotional activities, product launches, and sales events as required

Qualifications

• At least 1 year sales/customer service experience
• Knowledge of motorcycle parts is an advantage
• Strong communication and people skills
• Willing to be assigned to PIY Margal, Sampaloc or Dona Imelda, Quezon City
• Can work under pressure in fast-paced retail
• Trustworthy and team-oriented
