About the role

Honda Store Newmarket is looking for a Sales Support to join the Sales team.

This is a role that plays an important part in supporting our sales team, customers, and dealership operations. Working closely with our Sales Ambassadors and wider dealership team, you'll help ensure vehicles are delivered seamlessly, customer expectations are exceeded, and our showroom and sales processes run smoothly.

Duties of the role include:

• Coordinating new and used vehicle registrations and compliance requirements.
• Managing vehicle delivery processes, including documentation, scheduling, and preparation.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitoring vehicle arrivals, registrations, accessories, grooming, and delivery readiness.
• Supporting the management and presentation of showroom, demonstrator, and loan vehicles.
• Maintaining accurate vehicle records and information within dealership systems.
• Managing online vehicle listings, including vehicle photography, videos, pricing, and promotional content.
• Assisting with dealership events, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Providing general administrative and operational support to the sales team.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes

• Experience in administration, sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Automotive industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• A full New Zealand driver's licence.
