SALES SUPPORT

Top Weal Limited founded in 1996, with 30 years of experience in fresh food industry. We are a leading importer, wholesaler, packer, distributor and influencer in this industry.

Job Descriptions:

The role is responsible to provide support to Sales Team for all sales and customers support and administrative activities to maximize the effectiveness of the sales and purchase process and optimize service to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative, sales and customers support to Sales Team;

• Generate sales reports and performance summaries;

• Responsible for other administrative duties including inventory management, delivery tracking, invoicing, etc.

• Track sales performance and update sales data;

• Monitor and enhance productivity of the sales coordinator;

• Work with packing and QC team to ensure products quality and packing details;

• Process and monitor orders from start to delivery;

• Liaise with logistics team to ensure timely delivery;

• Undertake ad-hoc tasks or projects as required.

Requirements:

-Well organized, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibilities and reporting;

-Self-motivated and able to work under a fast pace and dynamic environment;

-Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;

-1 to 3 years of related work experiences in FMCG or food industry is highly preferred;

-Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;

-Excellent interpersonal, communication/negotiation skills with related parties;

-Immediate available is preferred.
