SALES SUPPORT

About the role

Sales Support role responsible for administering sales processes, supporting the sales team, handling customer inquiries, coordinating across internal departments, and monitoring sales activities to ensure targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Create and process quotations, Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and other sales documents
• Ensure all transaction documents are complete and accurate
• Archive sales documents neatly
• Assist Sales in preparing customer data, quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales requirements
• Monitor order status and ensure sales processes run according to schedule
• Provide data and reports required by Sales and management
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, and order status
• Conduct customer follow-up via WhatsApp, telephone, or email
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics, and related departments
• Input and update customer data and sales transaction data

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education; D3/S1 in Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word and Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented in managing documents and data
• Able to conduct customer follow-up
• Able to work with targets and deadlines
• Able to work individually and as part of a team
• Experience in Sales Admin, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Operation is an advantage
