Main responsibilities:
- Accompanying Japanese sales staff to client meetings and providing interpretation support
- Preparing proposal materials and explanatory documents
- Implementation support and customer support during service rollout
- Coordination between the Japan head office and the Indonesia local team
- Some inside sales activities for new client acquisition
Required skills and experiences
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Business-level Japanese communication (JLPT N2 or above)
- Experience in client-facing work, sales support, interpreting, or customer support
