What they need
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Presents recommendation and proposal for Consumable Parts replacement to customers under maintenance contract
- Plans and coordinates maintenance / service schedules with customers under maintenance contract
- Monitors necessary consumable parts replacements of all UPS units with maintenance contract
- Conducts Customer Satisfaction Survey and evaluate results
- Manages and fosters long-term customer relationships
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
- Preferably with related sales experience
JOB COMPETENCIES
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and deliverables
- Ability to analyze situations and requirements
- Ability to interact with any level within an organization
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Good presentation skills
