Sales Support

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Sales Support to join our team. If you are experienced and passionate about contributing in the sector, we encourage you to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Support or a related role.
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of mining customers or mining processes will be an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepare, submit, and follow up techno-commercial quotations to customers and Front-End Sales.
• Prepare spare parts and service quotations.
• Follow up regularly on submitted proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support the sales process.
• Support order booking and handover to operations in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
