Sales Support

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support to provide administrative and clerical support to our sales operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales transactions, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal departments to support business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing sales documents (quotations, orders, invoices, delivery orders, contracts).
• Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and timely.
• Support order processing and coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution.
• Maintain proper filing and records of all sales documents (physical and digital).
• Liaise with Operations, Logistics, and Finance for order fulfilment and delivery arrangements.
• Assist in customer communication regarding order status and basic enquiries.
• Track sales transactions and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Compile basic sales data, reports, and maintain customer and pricing databases.
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team as required.

Requirements

• SPM, STPM, Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, sales administration, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of sales administration procedures and office operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
