Sales Support

About the role

Rayglass Boats is looking for an organised and customer focused Sales Support team member to join our Head Office in Mount Wellington on a 6 month fixed term contract. This is a varied role that combines sales support, reception, administration, marketing support, and event coordination. You would be the first point of contact for visitors and customers while providing valuable support to our Sales, Marketing and wider teams and assisting with industry events, including major boat shows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
• Assist with customer enquiries and follow up activities
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Welcome visitors and manage front-of-house reception duties
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Coordinate meeting rooms and visitor arrivals
• Support the Marketing Team with administrative and promotional activities
• Assist with planning, preparation and coordination of boat shows and events
• Help coordinate boat deliveries and customer handovers
• Provide general administrative support across the business

About you

• Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service, or sales support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A positive, proactive approach and willingness to help wherever needed
• Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presentation and a customer-focused mindset
• Flexibility to assist at events and boat shows when required
• Experience in the marine, automotive, or manufacturing sectors (desirable but not essential)
• A Class 2 driver's licence (desirable but not essential)
