About the role

We are seeking a Sales Support professional to join DDC Coolmakers & Powerbuilders Corporation in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. As Sales Support, you will be the backbone of our sales team, providing essential administrative and operational assistance that enables our sales representatives to focus on building client relationships and driving revenue growth. This role is fundamental to maintaining smooth sales processes and contributing to the overall success of our retail and consumer products division.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries and processing orders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases and sales records
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and order fulfilment
• Prepare sales documentation, quotations and proposals as requested by sales representatives
• Handle incoming customer calls and emails, directing enquiries to appropriate team members or resolving issues directly
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to sales staff
• Assist in the organisation of sales events, product demonstrations and promotional activities
• Generate sales reports and performance metrics to support management decision-making
• Liaise between customers, sales team and other departments to ensure smooth transaction completion
• Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives as directed by management

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification as a minimum; further education or training in retail, business administration or customer service is advantageous
• Proven experience in a retail, sales support or customer service environment, preferably within the consumer products or similar industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or point-of-sale systems
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Friendly, professional demeanour with a genuine passion for supporting customers and colleagues
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
• Knowledge of the cooling and power solutions industry or similar technical products is desirable but not essential
