Sales Support

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Medical Representative team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales activities.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, reports, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other commercial documentation.
• Monitor sales orders from order placement through delivery and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer, product, pricing, and sales data in the company’s system/database.
• Assist the Medical Representative team in preparing presentations, sales materials, price lists, and other supporting documents.
• Follow up on administrative requirements and documentation from customers and Medical Representatives.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales transactions and customer records.
• Support other commercial and sales-related activities or projects as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or a similar role.

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, FMCG, or other commercial industries is preferred.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills with good attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and comfortable working with data, reports, and sales documentation.

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Good command of English is an advantage.
