Sales Support

Spartan Camera is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to help grow and support our dealer network. In this role, you’ll build relationships with existing customers, help them place orders, answer product and account questions, and reach out to prospective dealers by phone and email.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and works closely with teammates to find new ways to grow our customer base. An interest in hunting and the outdoors is a plus. It will help you connect with the customers who use our products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and follow up on their needs.
• Assist customers with orders, product questions, and sales inquiries by phone and email.
• Make cold calls and send personalized cold emails to introduce Spartan Camera to prospective dealers.
• Identify new customer sources and share ideas with the sales team.
• Keep customer information, outreach activity, and follow-up notes organized and up to date.
• Work with sales representatives and other teams to resolve issues and provide a smooth customer experience.
• Track sales activity and use results to guide your follow-up efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
• Phone or email sales experience preferred.
• Confidence making cold calls and starting conversations with new prospects.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas.
• Interest in hunting, trail cameras, or outdoor activities preferred.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
