Sales Support

Founded in year 2015, Marine Dieselcare Engineering Sdn Bhd is a service provider of specialized repair, maintenance, reconditioning services of engineering and automation for the worldwide shipping, offshore marine installations, industrial plans and power stations.

 We are currently hiring a passionate individual as Sales Support to join our rapidly growing Organization. The incumbent will be responsible for providing support to Sales related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, prepare quotation, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Ensure all sales transactions and documentations are properly processed.
• Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotation.
• Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish good relationship with customers.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently and professionally for unforeseen delays or problems.
• Coordinate with the service and operation team to fulfill customer requests.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Critical thinker with good problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, dynamic, and result-oriented team player.
• Additional certification in Marine Engineering or related field is an advantage.
• Familiarity with marine industry operations and engine systems is a plus.
