Sales Support

1. Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
2. Manage and maintain customer data, sales orders, quotations, and sales-related documents.
3. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, payments, and order status.
4. Monitor the sales process from order placement to delivery.
5. Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and performance data.
6. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Customer Service, and other related departments.
7. Assist the Sales team in achieving sales targets and ensuring smooth daily operations.
8. Handle sales administration and documentation accurately and efficiently.
9. Assist customers with product information and basic inquiries.
10. Support the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with the relevant departments.
11. Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Sales team.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 year of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Sales Admin, or a related position.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
3. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
4. Able to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
5. Comfortable working with sales data, reports, and targets.
