As our Sales Development Support, you’ll play an important role in growing Expertum’s customer base and opening doors to new business opportunities. The Job

As part of our commercial team, you’ll help us strengthen our position as a strategic SAP partner for customers across Belgium. Your role combines new business development and sales support , giving you the opportunity to make an impact from day one.

• Identify and approach new prospects through cold and warm acquisition, using your network and other sales channels to create new business opportunities.
• Build initial relationships with prospects , understand their needs and identify where Expertum could add value.
• Qualify leads and arrange meetings for our Business Developers and Account Managers, ensuring they enter conversations with the right context and information.
• Support the sales team in business development activities , including lead management, follow-up, agenda planning and maintaining a structured sales pipeline.
• Support RFI/RFP and proposal processes , helping to prepare presentations, sales materials, quotes and contracts.
• Maintain and develop sales tools and materials , bringing a hands-on and creative approach to how we present Expertum and our SAP expertise.
• Work closely with our SAP experts and commercial colleagues to understand our solutions and translate customer needs into relevant opportunities.

Your Profile

Must-haves

• You have a few years of commercial experience , preferably within IT, technology or consultancy.
• You have experience with prospecting, cold acquisition, lead generation or business development .
• You are comfortable picking up the phone, approaching new people and creating opportunities from scratch.
• You have strong communication skills and can build a professional relationship with prospects and customers.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English .
• You are comfortable working in a structured way and keeping track of leads, opportunities and follow-ups.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with RFI/RFP processes, proposals or commercial documentation.
• Experience in SAP sales
