You will support sales operations by accurately entering data and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth document handling and appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

Enter sales data accurately and verify correctness to maintain data integrity

Coordinate with internal teams such as finance and technical departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow

Liaise with external stakeholders to manage documents and schedule appointments efficiently

Provide daily administration to the team.

Required competencies and certifications

A-level or diploma in any field

Have strong coordination

Good coordination and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in sals support, customer service or administration.
