Ready for a practical, customer-facing role with a growing family-run business? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support colleague to join our team at our depot in Eastwood, Nottingham.

You’ll work alongside our existing Sales Support colleague, helping prepare and load the mobile showrooms, serving customers in the trade shop, and providing cover when the sales team are on annual leave or absent. Cover includes going out on the road and driving the truck, so you’ll need to be comfortable dealing with customers and supporting sales activity when required. There is also the chance to develop sales skills and go out with the team as the role progresses.

No previous field sales experience is necessary. We provide full training, including HGV training for the right candidate, and you’ll be joining a supportive, established team.

The Role

• Prepare and load the mobile showrooms each morning
• Serve customers in the trade shop
• Provide annual leave and absence cover, including driving the truck and supporting customer visits
• Opportunity to go out with the sales team and develop sales skills
• Category C HGV licence preferred — full training provided

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and practical with a strong work ethic
• Good with people and comfortable speaking to customers
• Able to use tablet and computer-based systems for stock management, invoicing and customer orders
• Aged 25 or over with a full UK driving licence
• Happy to get stuck in with both manual and customer-facing work
• Live within approximately 30 minutes of Eastwood, Nottingham
