Job Duties:

• Deal with sales requests and report to Head of Operations Coordinator
• Communicate between Headquarters and other branches
• Communicate between clients/IB and Sales.
• Develop and keep maintaining operation system
• Collaboration and relationship with team and local community
• Other tasks assigned by the manager

Job Requirement:

• Based in Bangladesh and able to communicate in Bengali.
• Available to work on a flexible schedule.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Must be fluent in or able to communicate in English; fluent Chinese will be an advantage.
• Positive thinking, accountability, and a strong service mindset.
• Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong multitasking skills and good time management.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer literacy (MS Office).
• Knowledge of stocks, securities, the Forex market, and MetaTrader 4 will be an advantage.
• Working experience in stocks, securities, banking, insurance, or wealth management is preferred.
