Sales Support Coordinator

We’re looking for someone with genuine sales energy - someone who enjoys the chase, brings enthusiasm to every conversation, and makes a strong first impression. As the first voice our clients hear, you’ll play a key role in shaping their experience from day one.

This is not a general admin role. It’s a front‑line sales support position where your confidence, initiative, and ability to build rapport will make a real difference.

What you’ll do

• Be the first warm, confident, sales‑focused voice for new enquiries
• Qualify leads and book site visits with purpose and momentum
• Re‑engage dormant leads through proactive, high‑energy calling
• Promote lifestyle benefits and build excitement with product knowledge
• Support cross‑selling and upselling opportunities
• Keep our CRM accurate and up to date
• Represent our brand at home shows and promotional events
• Provide proactive admin support to keep things running smoothly

What we’re looking for

• A sales‑driven, outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys talking to people
• Someone who thrives on the phone and brings energy to every call
• Confidence in cold calling and following up leads
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or phone‑based roles
• CRM and Microsoft Office capability
• Solid administration skills
