Sales Support Coordinator

• Basic $2,500 - $3,000 + AWS + VB
• Working location: Joo Koon
• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm
• TRAINING PROVIDED

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documentation accurately and promptly.
• Process and coordinate customer orders, ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery.
• Liaise with customers on enquiries, quotations, order requirements, and order status.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely order processing and delivery.
• Monitor outstanding orders and follow up on pending matters to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, order, and sales records in the ERP/CRM system, and assist with sales reports.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Sales team and perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with 1 years in sales coordination, sales support, customer service.

• Prior working experience in steel, metals, fabrication, construction materials, or industrial trading is a plus.
