Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to support the sales operations team. The role involves coordinating with telecallers and field sales executives, monitoring performance, maintaining MIS reports, and ensuring effective communication between different sales channels to drive business productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate regularly with Telecalling and Field Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance of telecallers and field sales executives against defined targets.
• Prepare and manage various MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, conversions, and productivity of sales teams.
• Ensure timely collection and validation of sales data from different locations.
• Share performance insights and reports with management and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify gaps in performance and highlight areas requiring attention.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, disbursements, conversions, and team productivity.
• Support sales managers in planning, reporting, and coordination activities.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and reporting timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in Sales Coordination, MIS, Sales Support, or Operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Reporting).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in NBFC, Banking, BFSI, or lending industry will be preferred.
