Sales Support Coordinator

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• 1-2 years relevant experience in sales support coordination
• Experience in order follow up and sales documents preparation
• Well-organized, energetic, cheerful, team player with proactive attitude
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset
• Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese WP
• Immediate available would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Handle sales order coordination with internal and external parties
• Prepare sales documents such as purchase orders, invoice and sales report
• Responsible for delivery coordination and updating order status in the system
• Perform sales administration duties and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
