Sales Support Coordinator

• Order processing for salespeople & incoming calls
• Coordinate with Logistic team for order packing and delivery
• Prepare, process, and issue sales quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
• Inventory monitoring and maintaining regular contact with customers
• Ensuring ship on time high and low cancellations
• Monitoring all received tasks daily (communication with suppliers, logistics companies
• Liaise closely with internal staff and external parties, including transporters and outsourced agents.
• Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation of reports.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
