Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities and Duties

• To support and coordinate with sales department pertaining to customer order.
• To assist Sales Manager to process the order, documentation, and any other sales correspondences.
• To prepare ISO/3D drawing/rendering as per specification requested.
• To follow up project status and deliveries coordination with the factory.
• Perform ad hoc assignments from superior if required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/SPMV/STPM/Pre-University/Professional Certificate/Post Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Having experience with Autocad/Solidwork/Sketchup is an added advantage
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details and able to work independently with least amount of supervision
• Proficient in English and Malay
• Preferred skills: Microsoft Office, Autocad & SQL Software
