Sales Support Coordinator

This is a versatile position combining customer service, sales administration, and social media marketing. Client is more focused on attitude, aptitude, and work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Showroom/Customer Service: Greet customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with product inquiries.
• Sales Support: Assist field sales reps with basic quotes, product specifications, delivery updates, service requests, and customer follow-up.
• Social Media (20%): Take ownership of the Memphis location's TikTok presence, creating authentic, engaging content and supporting local marketing initiatives.
• Administrative: Learn internal systems, coordinate communication, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

• College degree not required. Recent graduates or candidates with backgrounds in administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales support could be excellent fits.
