Sales Support Coordinator (Fixed Term 3 Months)

About the role

Peak season is our busiest time of year for quotes, orders and customer requests, and we need an extra set of hands to keep everything moving accurately and on time.

We're looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Furnware team in Hastings from September through to December. You'll work closely with our Account Managers and Hub Team, using CRM Dynamics 365 to process quotes and orders and keep information accurate across the team.

What you'll be doing

• Turn around accurate quotes and revisions for education orders in ERP Epicor with SLA times to assist with securing the order
• Process orders and revisions accurately and on time in ERP Epicor, no matter how busy the queue gets
• Manage multiple requests and changing priorities, including urgent requests that need a quick turnaround
• Ask questions early if a request doesn't look right, rather than guessing
• Play your part in a safe, well-run workplace

Commitment

• 3 month contract September through to December
• Working from Hastings office 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

About you

You're organised, quick on the details, and comfortable working to tight deadlines. You'll bring:

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working to SLAs
• A confident, friendly phone manner when speaking to Account Managers
• Experience with ERP / CRM systems (Epicor / Dynamics 365 experience an advantage)
• The ability to pick things up quickly and work independently once trained, given the short-term nature of the role
