Sales Support Coordinator – Global MNC, up to 4k

2-Year Contract | Sales Coordination | Project & Client Support
Join a leading global MNC in the Taste and Scent industry. You will support Account Managers in managing key client portfolios, coordinating development projects and delivering excellent customer service.

Location: West 
Working hours: 830am to 530pm, Mon to Fri 
Salary: Up to 4k + Bonus 
Employment type: 2 years contract (Convertible/Extendable)

Job duties:

• Support Account Managers in executing account strategies and managing assigned client portfolios.
• Coordinate development projects from initial registration through to completion.
• Arrange sample shipments and ensure all project deadlines are met.
• Prepare quotations, pricing updates and new business opportunity records.
• Compile client submission packages, including presentation decks and technical documents.
• Maintain an accurate project pipeline and coordinate information between clients and internal teams.

Job requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in sales support, project coordination, customer service or account management support is preferred.
