Sales Support Coordinator (Indoor)

Requirements :

• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customers
• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Required Skill(s): Good communication skill, customer service skill, computer literacy, planning and management
• Responsible and discipline to work

Job Descriptions:

• Sales appointment arrangement for the sales team from the lead and database provided by the company
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on company's services and products
• Maintain and update sales and customer records/ database/ reports
• Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentations and administrative supports
• Assist in general office administration work as and when required

工作要求:

• 候选人必须至少拥有任何领域的高中/STPM/“A”级/Pre-U、文凭/高级/高级/研究生文凭、学士学位/研究生文凭/专业学位
• 精通国语、英语和华语
• 也鼓励应届毕业生申请
• 所需技能：良好的沟通技巧、客户服务技巧、电脑知识、计划和管理
• 有责任心、有纪律地工作
