What they need
At The Property Shop, we’ve been helping locals love where they live since 1973. Today, we’re an award-winning boutique agency of 23 passionate locals, united by our values of integrity, expertise, results, teamwork and community, and driven by our love for the Mudgee Region.
And here’s something we’re really proud of: three people who started in this role have since been promoted within our business. If you’re looking for a role where your career can truly grow, this could be it!
About the role
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, organised and customer service focused individual to support our dynamic Sales team. Think of yourself as the glue that holds it all together – keeping things on track, systems up to date, and clients cared for. Reporting to the Sales Directors, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities that are supported by established processes and procedures.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing data entry, CRM records and financial reporting for Sales Directors
- Preparing appraisal kits, contracts and marketing materials
- On-boarding of new property listings
- Liaising with solicitors, industry partners and suppliers
- Co-ordinating the settlement process to completion
- Juggling calendars, invoice management and the occasional reception cover
- Supporting auctions, clearing sales and all the little details that make a big difference
What we're looking for
This role suits someone who thrives on organisation, variety and being part of a team. You’ll be tech-savvy, quick to learn systems, and enjoy finding smarter ways to work. Just as important, you’ll bring warmth, great communication skills and a team-first mindset. You will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Strong admin and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience in database management and controlling data standards and integrity
- Ability to work proactively and keep pace with a busy team
- A sense of humour, respect for team work and passion for client service
Prior real estate experience is welcomed but not essential – we’ll support you to obtain your Real Estate Certificate and provide plenty of on-the-job training.
Why join The Property Shop?
What truly sets us apart, is that we’re more than just a real estate agency — we’re a genuine part of the Mudgee Region’s story, community and future.
- A clear career pathway – with a proven track record of promotion
- Receive full on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring
- Study towards your Real Estate Licence with our support
- Be part of a team culture that celebrates collaboration, initiative and community
- A central office in Mudgee, close to schools, shops, cafés and parks
Are you ready to take your first step into real estate?
If so, we would love to hear from you. Please apply via SEEK with your resume and a brief cover letter.
