Sales Support Coordinator/ Sales Operation Coordinator

Become the key link in our dynamic supply chain! We are looking for a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure the seamless flow of goods from our global partners to our operations. In this hands-on role, you will not only manage daily logistics but also have a direct impact on optimizing our processes, reducing costs, and enhancing overall efficiency. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Supplier & Logistics Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure on-time production and delivery.

·         Process Optimization: Analyze supply chain data (workflow, lead times, logistics) to identify risks, resolve issues, and propose actionable improvements for efficiency.

·         Inventory Management: Develop and support inventory strategies to minimize stock levels while ensuring product availability. Provide insightful inventory analysis reports for management.

·         Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, production, shipping, and warehouse operations to align supply chain activities with business needs.

·         System & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our systems and provide regular updates on supply chain performance.

·         Ad-hoc Projects: Take on special assignments and contribute to continuous improvement projects as required.

We Are Looking For:

·         A bachelor's degree or diploma. Degrees in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields are a plus but not mandatory.

·         1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar coordination role. Fresh graduates with a passion for supply chain are strongly encouraged to apply.

·         Strong organizational skills and an excellent eye for detail to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

·         An analytical and proactive mindset with a talent for problem-solving.

·         Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

·         Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required for effective communication with local and regional partners.
