Sales Administration and Order Processing

Support the Sales Department in daily administrative operations and sales coordination.

Review incoming customer orders with Sales Representatives, ensuring that pricing, discounts, product codes, and inventory availability are verified before sales order creation.

Prepare sales quotations and maintain accurate sales-related documentation.

Customer Service and After-Sales Support

Respond to urgent enquiries from existing customers through calls, emails, and messaging platforms when Sales Representatives are unavailable.

Provide assistance to walk-in customers when the Marketing Department is engaged with other responsibilities.

Coordinate with key customers and the Sales Department Head to follow up on after-sales matters, including quotation disputes, service concerns, and loan equipment arrangements.

Sales Reporting and Process Improvement

Update commercial team sales revenue records based on reports and information supplied by the Accounts Department.

Explore and utilise suitable AI tools to improve administrative efficiency, support routine tasks, and enhance workflow productivity.

General Support

Undertake other relevant administrative and operational duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the Sales Department.
