Sales Support cum Admin

Job Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle repair matters and liaise with workshops (coordinate repair schedules, follow up on progress and costs)
• Arrange vehicle inspections when required, and follow up on repair works after inspection
• Liaise with the online platforms (SBT, Be Forward, TVC) and the Optimus website when there are enquiries
• Prepare and issue Vehicle Sales Agreement
• Provide general sales support and administrative assistance to the sales team
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for vehicles, inspections and repairs

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to follow up on tasks independently
• Able to work with multiple parties (workshops, sales team, customers)
