Sales Support / Customer Service

About the role

Estudio Technologies seeks a dedicated and meticulous Sales Support / Customer Service to assist and contribute to the sales team's overall success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, technical proposal, tender submissions, product specifications, contract administration
• Coordinate order fulfilment activities, order processing, document preparation and general communication with clients
• Respond to client's inquiries and provide excellent client service
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

About you

• Minimum Nitec certificate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Experience in AutoCAD Drawing is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details, strong organisational and multitasking skills with ability to priorities and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, training will be provided
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Sales or customer service industry (preferred)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred)
