Experience Experience and Education 2-4 years of experience in technical sale capacity with related field experience.

Education

Bachelor’s / Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Job Description

• Manage daily activities of operational sales support and customer service.
• Knowledge of Export Documents.
• Assisting the sales team with all order processing & dispatch procedures.
• Creating quotes, processing orders in a timely manner, planning deliveries, processing requests for an expedited delivery of rush orders, review customer pending items and ensure absolute 100% customer satisfaction and delight.
• Responsible for timely updates & communication to customers over email.
• Will need to multi-task and handle queries over phone, email and update the details in the ERP system as per the defined processes and other operational requirement.

Other Skills & Experience Requirement

• Must work in an organized way with excellent time management skills.
• Needs to possess good communication skills with excellent command on written & spoken English & local languages.
• Must be proficient in MS Office suite.
