About the role

We are seeking a Sales Support Engineer to join our dynamic sales team in Mueang Samut Prakan, Samut Prakan on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and our sales objectives, providing essential support to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. As a Sales Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enabling our sales team to close deals, resolve technical queries, and ensure our clients receive the comprehensive support they need. This position is integral to our sales operations, combining technical expertise with customer-focused service delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to the sales team to support the selling process and help overcome technical objections
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to client requirements and sales opportunities
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits
• Support the sales team in responding to client technical queries and requests for information
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather technical specifications and ensure accurate information is shared with sales and clients
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and technical specifications based on client requirements
• Participate in sales meetings, client meetings, and trade events to provide technical insights and support
• Maintain detailed records of technical interactions, client requirements, and sales support activities
• Support the development of technical sales materials, case studies, and product documentation
• Track and report on technical issues raised during the sales process and ensure timely resolution

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales support, sales engineering, or technical support role, ideally within the technology sector
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of technology products, systems, or solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and sales materials
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both sales and technical teams
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to supporting sales objectives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with product demonstrations and client presentations is advantageous
• Familiarity with the sales process and sales pipeline management is preferred
