Sales Support Engineer - Firetec

About the role

The Sales Support Engineer drives commercial growth for the FIRETEC product range, managing customer relationships, technical quotations, and cross-functional coordination between customers, the customer service team, and factories. This role suits a sales-driven engineer who thinks strategically and enjoys building long-term business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain commercial relationships with existing customers and expand the supplied product range.
• Create new business opportunities and develop specific business development plans for Singapore and overseas markets.
• Manage day-to-day sales, technical quotations, and project-specific support.
• Coordinate between customers, the customer service team, and factories to ensure customer satisfaction on product quality, on-time delivery, and after-sales service.
• Analyze market opportunities and threats, and feed back to the global Sales and Product Management teams to drive product development and business development strategy.

About you

• Min Higher Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical).
• Sales-driven, with the drive to take on a business development challenge.
• Fluent in English and Malay; other languages are an advantage.
• Strong team player who can priorities opportunities and think strategically.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Experience in the Industrial Gas and/or Fire Suppression industry, or in M&E consulting/contracting, is an advantage.
• Experience and know-how in B2B sales, marketing, and business development, with sound technical knowledge.
