Sales Support Executive

Order Fulfilment – Keep Our Customers Moving

You'll be the key person who ensures every customer order is delivered accurately and on time. From the moment a customer places an order until it reaches their site, you'll coordinate with multiple teams to make everything happen smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

• 🚚 Coordinate customer orders from confirmation to successful delivery.
• 🤝 Work closely with Sales, Technical, Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to keep every order on track.
• 📦 Monitor delivery schedules and proactively update customers on their order status.
• 🔍 Resolve order or customer issues quickly to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• 📈 Help improve our order fulfilment process by identifying ways to make it faster, smoother, and more efficient.
