Sales Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join TM Fresh Marketing SDN. BHD. in Skudai, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless coordination between our sales team and clients. As a Sales Support Executive, you will be the backbone of our sales department, providing essential administrative and operational support that enables our sales team to focus on building and maintaining client relationships. This role is vital to the efficiency and success of our sales function, directly contributing to the achievement of company objectives and revenue targets.

What you'll be doing

• Processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner, while following up on payment reminders.
• Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Liaising between clients and internal departments to facilitate smooth transaction processes
• Preparing sales reports, presentations and documentation for management review
• Handling customer enquiries and providing prompt responses to support sales activities
• Coordinating delivery schedules and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Supporting the organisation of sales events, meetings and promotional activities
• Assisting with inventory management and stock tracking as required
• Performing general office duties to maintain an organised and efficient sales environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales support, sales coordination or similar administrative role, ideally within a sales-focused environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Customer-service oriented mindset with a professional and courteous demeanour
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying solutions
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification; further qualifications in business administration or sales are advantageous
• Familiarity with the food industry is preferred but not essential
