Sales Support Executive

Job Summary

Support the development and conversion of warehousing and trucking opportunities by sourcing suitable warehouse resources, onboarding and managing trucking suppliers, and coordinating customer tenders and cross-functional solution development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales in identifying, qualifying, and following up warehousing and trucking business opportunities, especially for telecommunications and large home-appliance customers.
• Translate customer requirements into clear sourcing criteria, including location, space, facility specifications, operating model, timing, compliance, and commercial conditions.
• Engage property agents and other channels to identify suitable warehouse resources; arrange site visits, compare options, and coordinate internal evaluation and recommendation.
• Source and onboard trucking suppliers, including market inquiry, quotation collection, rate comparison, capacity and service capability assessment, site audit, qualification review, and approval coordination.
• Coordinate trucking supplier contract workflows with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders, ensuring required documents and approvals are completed.
• Monitor supplier performance in service quality, capacity fulfillment, timeliness, compliance, and cost competitiveness; drive corrective actions where required.
• Coordinate customer tenders, including requirement clarification, internal task allocation, cost and quotation collection, document consolidation, submission tracking, and clarification responses.
• Maintain warehouse-resource, supplier, quotation, tender, and opportunity records and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education requirements.
• 2–5 years of experience in Philippine logistics, warehousing, trucking procurement/sourcing, business support, or solution development.
• Good understanding of the Philippine warehouse and trucking markets, supplier landscape, pricing structure, and operating models.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, site audits, commercial comparison, contract coordination, or tender management is preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• English as a working language; Mandarin Chinese or Filipino language capability is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
