Sales Support Executive

• Support Project Manager in RFQ/quoting activities, including cost modelling, margin analysis and competitive pricing.
• Conduct cost and pricing analysis to support business and strategic decisions.
• Provide technical and engineering support, coordinating customer feedback and product improvements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure timely and accurate quotations.
• Manage customer communication, including RFQ status, project awards, win/loss analysis and customer satisfaction.
• Support new project launches/NPI, including FA meetings, fit tests and shipments.
• Analyse customer orders, shipments and forecasts to provide business insights.
• Maintain customer pricelists, quotation records and monthly performance reports.
• Represent the Project Manager when required and support internal/customer meetings.
• Train junior sales support staff and recommend process and operational improvements.
• Support QMS requirements and perform other duties assigned by the HOD.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, account management or quoting is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, initiative and time/project management skills.
• Good understanding of relevant business/functional processes.
• Willing to travel and possess own transportation.
