Sales Support Executive

About the role

Work closely with relevant departments to support all pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the delivery of excellent customer services to all customers.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up all enquiries and ensure response to customers' enquiries and complaints in a professional manner, liaising with customers from orders receipt to orders delivery
• Submit quotations, schedule appointments, and prepare presentation materials in a timely manner
• Coordinate with Head Office and assist in all logistic matters related to orders received to ensure all materials from suppliers are received on time to support production needs to meet promised TAT
• Monitor the progress of orders undertaken to ensure timely completion
• Close follow-up and build good business relationships and rapport with customers
• General administration work
• Other duties assigned by supervisor

About you

• Minimum Degree or Diploma
• Minimum three years relevant experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in Microsoft suite of products, in particular Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English and Chinese language. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Ability to work independently with good team spirit, self-motivated and meticulous
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Able to accept multi-tasks and able to travel
• Immediate availability or within short notice preferred
