Sales Support Executive

• Process sales orders and ensure timely fulfillment through SAP (Sales Order, PO, GRN, Delivery note)
• Prepare and manage sales documentation files
• Maintain customer records in the SAP system.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production departments for smooth order processing
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in sales processes

• 2+ years of experience in a Sales support or administrative role.
