Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Support Executive to support our business development and customer relationship activities in India. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in business development activities.
• Coordinate with customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, and follow up with customers.
• Assist with order processing and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain sales records and prepare reports.
• Support daily sales operations and administrative activities.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Travel for customer visits and business activities when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is required.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for business when required.
• No prior work experience is required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Candidates with experience in the IT, Engineering, or Manufacturing industry may have an advantage.
