Sales Support Executive

About the Company:

Our client is a leading security services provider dedicated to delivering innovative and reliable security solutions.

About the Role:

We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Support Executive to support sales operations, quotation processing and customer account coordination.

You will work closely with the sales, technical and service teams to ensure orders, work arrangements and customer requests are handled accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow up on quotations

• Process sales orders and customer purchase orders

• Maintain and archive sales documents and records

• Assist with customer portal setup and vendor registration

• Coordinate communication-link applications and down-payment collection when required

• Prepare service agreements for system commissioning

• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments

• Prepare monthly quotation summaries and sales performance reports

• Contact customers to build rapport and gather feedback

• Support customer-service programmes and customer visits

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Studies, Office Administration or a related discipline

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales support, customer service, sales coordination or order processing

• Experience in an engineering, industrial product, building services, security systems or technical service environment will be an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
